• Wait for an email or text confirmation;
• Deposit the payment at the bank details we will provide you.

To make it more convenient when making reservations, please indicate the following:

For Short Term Rentals (Daily Weekly and Monthly)

• We require 50% down payment to confirm your reservation.

For Long Term Leasing arrangement

• We require two(2) month advance and one(1) month security deposit.  Please contact us for details.
